The Bad Points

Obviously, Nano Continuity’s not perfect. Here’s what I didn’t like about it…

• You will need some money to get started. This is not a free system and you will need some capital to get your online business running… BUT, it’s not as much as you’d think. You can get started today using this system for just under $200 (including domain, hosting, autoresponders, content management, etc). Although, if you’re on a real shoestring budget Ryan does provide some great free alternatives you could use (albeit with a minimal amount of features).
• You have to take action! If you think you’re going to click a few buttons and wake up with your wallet bursting at the seams then please don’t waste your money. This isn’t a “read and sit on your ass” system, you will need to go ahead and take some action steps towards getting your continuity systems set up.

The Good Points

• Quite simply… it works! It doesn’t matter what your experience level is, if you implement the system you WILL make money. Maybe not $100,000 a month but a full time income is certainly and easily achievable.

• You don’t need anything else. While I recommend you pick up my bonus package to help your overall understanding of continuity programs you certainly don’t need to. Everything you need to make money from scratch is included.

… and I just wanted to do a quick update about my progress with the Nano continuity review.

I’ve had special access to the program for the past few days (..thanks Ryan!) and my full review will be online later today.

In short… the product is looking awesome. Ryan has pulled no punches in putting together this video training series and the simple step-by-step fashion of the product is so easy to follow.

Although having some experience with running membership sites I was a little sceptical at first to be honest. Not that Ryan’s previous products haven’t been excellent (Passion to Profits is one of my best-loved marketing courses ever).

But I mean seriously. I know how difficult it can be to keep subscribers inside your membership site and consistantly provide great value to them. Nowadays you can’t just put together a load of resell rights ebooks and expect your customers to follow along.

Here’s the thing… going through his new training Ryan has created a formula (step-by-step I might add) that not only brings in ten times the amount of members, but they also stick around for YEARS and are essentially “paying” you for you to keep in contact with them.

Ryan Lee’s Nano Continuity is shaping up to be the highest-quality info product I’ve seen in a long time… and the buzz around the official launch later today is incredible.

Hi Seb, exactly what is “low maintenance continuity programs”? I understand subscription websites but not the first term.

 
To answer Michael’s question… let me give you some of my tips for operating highly-profitable, low-maintenance membership sites and continuity programs.
 

Your membership site doesn’t need an abundance of members, and you don’t have to charge a huge subscription fee to be profitable.

 
The answer is to make your website as low maintenance as possible and keep the subscription affordable. If a membership costs only $5, members who don’t have the time to visit for months will still likely stay with you. When access to your website becomes $47 or $97, then members are probably going to question the value they’re getting for those payments each month.

It’s also important to plan your membership fees around your operating expenses and your income goals. If you can put together a website using WordPress… you could have a profitable membership site online for less than fifty bucks a month!
 

Enable your members to promote their own products and services within the community.

 
Members of your community are likely to require the services of other contributors… so you could charge subscribers to run special offers within your forum’s advertising section. Other experts in your market will also join, share their own valuable information and resources, and give the membership real value. Remember; people come for the content, but they stay for the community.

You’ll also want to give your subscribers unexpected bonuses that weren’t previously announced. These valuable free gifts will often increase membership retention and keep subscribers hanging around much longer. The only rule here is be sure you’re providing incredible value!

My final tip is the most important yet favorable to you and your customers. Most subscriptions act as the “key to the vault”. This will result in two things happening…

First, your members will want to download as much as possible and cancel their membership as fast as they can.

Second, they will be overwhelmed with 50,000 hours of content and suffer “analysis paralysis”. Too much information leads to overwhelm… which means they won’t do anything at all.
 

Create automated systems that drip feeds your premium content over time.

 
For example… an autoresponder that releases content to your customers one module at a time. Do the work once and get paid over and over!

You could also offer coaching packages for your subscribers as part of their subscription to your website. The longer they stay, the more content and additional coaching you should provide them.

I’m back with some updates for you about the Nano Continuity system. There’s a good chance that if you are on this website then you already know… but if you’re still unsure then this article will clear up precisely what’s inside the program.

Before the merchant account provider crackdowns last year, the biggest issue with continuity programs and membership sites were the “free trial” offers up front. If you were offering something that was completely free and the customer just pays for shipping… that’s where you’d get into trouble.

Merchant account providers such as VISA and MasterCard are looking at these sites and if they see a “free plus shipping” offer… they’ll actually freeze your merchant account until you make changes.

So here’s the thing.

Continuity programs and membership sites are still acceptable… you just simply need to avoid the “free plus shipping” front end offers.

Ryan recommends that if you’re going to do a front end offer, even if it’s a dollar, that’s going to keep you out of the line of fire. $1 and low-cost trials are becoming the new standard and this will only continue to gain in popularity.

You need to get rid of your “free plus shipping” offers and give consumers a chance to try your product or service with low risk. There are rarely continuity programs nowadays that start off on the first day with full price billing (especially with the economy taking a bit hit during the past year).
